摘  要:在本科实验教学中开展仪器搭建的内容,不仅有助于深入学习基础理论知识,还能有效培养学生的综合实践能力。实验中,学生根据光路图动手搭建显微拉曼光谱仪,通过不断对仪器进行调试,最后获得样品测试信号,搭建仪器的灵敏度和分辨率不仅能够满足本科实验教学需要,也能满足科研测试要求。课程采用团队分工合作的方式进行,学生不仅掌握了拉曼光谱的相关知识,还培养了创新能力、动手能力和团队合作能力,对仪器制造也有了一定程度的认识。The application of self-constructed instruments in experimental teaching is not only conducive to in-depth learning of basic knowledge,but also can effectively cultivate students' comprehensive ability.In the experiment,students build a microscopic Raman spectrometer according to the light path diagram.Through debugging the instrument,the sample signal is finally measured.The sensitivity and distinguishability of the instrument both meet the needs of undergraduate experimental teaching and scientific research.Students can enhance their ability of innovation,manipulation and team cooperation by working in teams,and also have a good command of Raman spectroscopy and instrument manufacturing.
