基于PEMM建设高校实验室开放管理系统

摘　　要：建设智能化、功能化、人性化的实验室开放管理系统,培养实验室师生高水平专业实验技能,减轻实验室教师重复性工作,提高实验室仪器开放共享文化氛围,是高校实验室开放运行工作的目标。材料科学与工程学院和纤维材料改性国家重点实验室仪器设备公共平台在实验室开放管理工作中,借鉴流程和企业成熟度模型(PEMM)中评价流程成熟度的5个动能因素和企业整体能力成熟度的4种能力,持续评价和建设智能实验室开放管理系统,实现了实验室全天候(24 h)按需安全开放运行。Building an intelligent,functional and humanized laboratory open management system,cultivating the high-level professional experimental skills of laboratory teachers and students,reducing the repetitive work of laboratory teachers,and improving the cultural atmosphere of starting and sharing laboratory instruments are the goals of the open operation of university laboratories.The facility center of College of Materials Science and Engineering the State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials,Donghua University,in the laboratory opening management work,draws on the five driving factors of process maturity and the four capabilities of the overall capability maturity of the enterprise in the Process and Enterprise Maturity Model(PEMM),continues to evaluate and build intelligent laboratory open management system,realizes the safe and open operation of the laboratory around the clock(24 hours) on demand.
