摘  要:目前高校实验室用房改造项目管理仍普遍存在多部门协同不足、管理流程不闭环、信息化建设滞后等共性难题。利用信息化手段,为此,设计了一套包括立项管理、施工图设计管理、施工许可管理、施工过程管理及竣工验收管理5个功能于一体的实验室用房改造项目管理流程。实现了实验室用房改造项目多部门线上高效协同联动和全过程闭环管理,提高了实验室改造建设管理水平,有效降低各类安全隐患,提升师生办事体验感。这些探索可以为高校的实验室改造建设管理工作提供借鉴。At present,there are some common problems in the project management of laboratory buildings transformation in universities,such as insufficient coordination among multiple departments,the management process is not closed,and lagging information construction.By means of information technology,a set of management process of laboratory building renovation project is designed,which includes five functions:project establishment management,construction drawing design management,construction permit management,construction process management and completion acceptance management.It has realized the multi-department online efficient collaborative linkage and closed-loop management in the whole process of the laboratory building renovation project,improved the management level of laboratory renovation construction,effectively reduced all kinds of potential safety hazards,and improved the work effect of teachers and students,which can provide reference for the management of laboratory renovation construction in colleges and universities.
