摘　　要：实验技术人才是学校和科研机构人才队伍的重要组成部分,是推动科学技术研究和教学工作,加强科技实践与创新的重要力量。随着国家十四五规划和2035年远景目标纲要的确定,一系列重要指导意见和文件指明了新时期实验技术人员职业发展的方向和要求。结合当前实验技术队伍发展面临的一些具体问题,从职业重要性、道德素养需求以及职业规范发展几个方面,探讨了新时期新条件下实验技术职业发展规律,提出实验技术人员应该不断提高道德素养、专业水平、社会责任、从业操守的综合素质,应该对职业重要性有全面的认识,对职业道德素养有清醒的理解,对职业发展和规划有明确的方向,能够围绕国家重大战略和社会需求,潜心钻研、攻坚克难,提高在关键环节和重点领域解决问题的实际能力。进一步从工作实际出发,介绍了近年来在实验技术人员的职业规范与发展方面开展的一些工作和探索。The experimental technician is an indispensable part of the talent team in universities and scientific institutions,and is an important force to promote scientific and technological research and teaching,and strengthen scientific and technological practice and innovation.With the formulation the 14 th Five-Year Plan and the long-range objectives set for 2035,a series of important guiding opinions and documents have clearly pointed out the development direction and requirements of the experimental technology profession in this new era.Combined with some specific problems faced by the development of the current experimental technology teams,this paper discusses the development regular pattern of the experimental technology profession under the new conditions from the aspects of the importance of the profession,the demand for moral quality and the development of professional norms,and especially emphasizes that the experimental technicians need to constantly improve their comprehensive qualities of moral quality,professional level,social responsibility and professional ethics.They should also have a profound understanding of the career importance and also the profession ethics and development.It is crucial for the experimental technicians to focus on national strategies and social needs,concentrate on studying and overcoming difficulties,and improve the capability to solve problems in key links and key areas.Finally,based on the work achievements in recent years,some efforts and explorations are introduced to exhibit the team promotion in the profession norms and development of experimental technicians.
