摘　　要：高校实验室是开展各项教学与科研活动的重要平台,其安全状况直接关系到校园的稳定发展。提出一种基于AcciMap模型的高校实验室事故致因分析方法,从人、机、环、管理多个层面出发,将高校实验室安全管理划分为教育主管部门、监管机构、高校实验室、实验室人员以及环境与设备等模块,进一步细化30个主要事故原因,形成高校实验室AcciMap模型技术交流表。基于此,提出了实验室安全管理的可持续改进模型,以提升高校实验室安全管理水平。The university laboratory is an important platform to carry out various teaching and scientific research activities,and its safety is directly related to the stable development of the campus.In this paper,a method based on AcciMap model is proposed to analyze the causes of university laboratory accidents.From the human,machine,surroundings,management of multiple levels,the university laboratory safety management is divided into education departments,regulatory agencies,university laboratories,laboratory personnel and experimental equipment and environment personnel working process and other modules,and the 30 main accident causes are further refined to form the university laboratory AcciMap model of technical exchanging table.Based on this,the sustainable improvement model of laboratory safety management is put forward to enhance the level of laboratory safety management in universities.
