摘 要:近年来,噪声污染防治受到高度重视,进入国家顶层设计。噪声监测为噪声污染防治提供可靠的数据基础,在噪声污染状况判断、污染来源识别、声环境质量管理等方面发挥着重要作用。从监测体系更加完善、监测能力明显提升、监测质量持续加强、监测信息发布及时和监测产业发展迅速五个方面,提出现代化噪声监测体系的建设思路及目标,并对今后工作提出展望。In recent years,noise pollution prevention and control have received high attention and entered the top-level design of the country.Noise monitoring provides a reliable data foundation for noise pollution prevention and control,and plays an important role in determining the status of noise pollution,identifying pollution sources,and supporting sound environment quality management.The article proposes the construction ideas and goals of building a modern noise monitoring system from five aspects∶more improved monitoring system,significant improvement of monitoring capabilities,continuous strengthening of monitoring quality,timely release of monitoring information,and rapid development of the monitoring industry.Prospects are proposed for further noise monitoring.
