摘 要:为获得良好的溅渣护炉条件,基于马钢300 t转炉生产实际研究了转炉炉渣的碱度、Fe2O3含量、MgO含量对炉渣液相线温度、黏度-温度曲线和析晶矿相的影响规律。研究结果表明,碱度在2.0-4.0范围内增加时,炉渣液相线温度单调增加,黏度-温度曲线在高温段内基本不变,低温段内有所增加;Fe2O3含量对黏度-温度曲线影响较大,Fe2O3含量在20-40%范围内增加时,炉渣液相线温度单调递减;MgO含量在3-9%范围内增加时,炉渣液相线温度呈现先降低后升高的趋势,黏度-温度曲线基本不受MgO含量影响。最终,得到合适的炉渣条件为碱度R=2.6-3.0、Fe2O3=26-30%、MgO=3-6%。In order to obtain good slag splashing protection conditions,based on the actual production of Ma Steel's 300t converter and thermodynamic software FactSage,the influence of the alkalinity,Fe2O;content,and MgO content of converter slag on the liquidus temperature,viscosity temperature curve,and erystallization phase of the slag was studied.The research results show that when the alkalinity increases in the range of 2.0 to 4.0,the liq-uidus temperature of the slag monotonically increases,and the viscosity temperature curve remains basically un-changed in the high temperature range,while it increases in the low temperature range;The Fe_(2)O_(3) content has a significant impact on the viscosity temperature curve.When the Fe_(2)O_(3) content increases in the range of 20-40%,the liquidus temperature of the slag monotonically decreases;When the MgO content increases within the range of 3-9%,the liquidus temperature of the slag shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the viscosity temperature curve is basically not affected by the MgO content.F inally,suitable slag conditions were obtained with alkalinity R=2.6-3.0,Fe_(2)O_(3)=26-30%,and MgO=3-6%.
