摘 要:探伤不合是S48C环件判废的主要原因之一。为解决该环件探伤不合问题,首先针对S48C环件探伤不合的典型缺陷,进行金相和扫描电镜检测分析,确定缺陷的生成原因,然后制定方案进行现场工艺改进试验。结果表明,长条状Al-Mg类非金属夹杂物是引起S48C环件超声波探伤不合的主要原因,通过LF炉Ca处理工艺(喂Ca线0.5m/t钢)可有效改善S48C环件用钢夹杂物评级和减少长条状Al-Mg类非金属夹杂物,浇注过程良好,铸坯上未发现有宏观缺陷。而且,工艺改进后,S48C环件未出现超声波探伤报警现象。Unqualified flaw detection is one of the most important reasons causing rejection of rolled S48C steel ring.In order to solve the problem,firstly,metallography and scanning electron microscopy were carried out for the typical defects of defective ring of S48C to determine the cause of defect generation,and then a scheme was devel-oped for field process improvement test.The results show that the long Al-Mg nonmetallic inclusions are the main reason for the unqualified ultrasonic inspection of S48C steel ring.The Ca treatment process(feeding Ca line 0.5m/t steel)in LF can effectively improve the grade of steel inclusions and reduce the long strip A-Mg nonmetallic inclusions for S48C steel ring.The casting process is good,and no macroscopic defects are found in round billet.Moreover,after the improvement of the process,S48C ring component has no ultrasonic flaw detection alarm phenomenon.
