摘  要:案例教学是法学教学传统手段,在构建中国话语体系、践行习近平法治思想和培养卓越法律人才的时代要求下,法学案例教学需要提档升级。结合教学实践,可归纳出对象确定、特色凸显、场景变化和互动反馈四个环节是法学案例教学方法进阶的关键要点。可以从确立权威引导、锚定适用对象;精选案例、凸显特色功能;区分方法类型、丰富教学措施;师生协同、构建教学共同体等四个方面着手回应,回应法学案例教学的时代需要。Case teaching is a conventional method of law teaching.Given the requirements of the times of building Chinese discourse system,practicing Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought and cultivating excellent legal talents,law case teaching needs to be upgraded.Combined with teaching practices,four areas including determining objects,highlighting features,changing scenes and interactive feedback are the key points for the advancement of law case teaching method.It can be tackled from four aspects,such as establishing authoritative guidance and determining applicable objects;selecting cases and highlighting special features;distinguishing method types and enriching teaching measures;and collaborating with teachers and students and building teaching community,to respond to the needs of the times of legal case teaching.
