摘  要:师德建设不仅在于“德”的塑身,还在于“法”的约束。对违反师德的行为进行分析,结合大众对事件的批评和网络舆论,可以清晰地照见当下某些不合理性。从与高校教师职业的关系来看,学生、高校以及社会是与之相关联的重要对象,在违反师德事件中,违法、犯规、失德是定性的粗略概括,关系与定性的变换组合,影响并决定着高校教师的个人处理以及高校和教育事业的公信力。师德建设在具体现实行为的表达下显得非常复杂且至关重要。厘清师德的内涵和行为范畴的界限将尤为重要,如何理解对行为进行的定性、认定、批判,成为急需解决的问题。The construction of teachers’ethics not only lies in the body of“morality”,but also in the restraint of“law”.The analysis of many violations of teachers’ethics,combined with the public criticism of the incidents and the Internet opinion,can clearly illuminate certain irrationality at present.From the viewpoint of the relationship with university teachers,students,universities and society are the important objects associated with them.In the case of violation of teacher ethics,violation of law,violation of rules and misconduct is a rough summary of the characterization,and the combination of the transformation of the relationship and characterization affects and determines the personal treatment of university teachers and the credibility of universities and educational undertakings,and the construction of teacher ethics is very complicated and critical under the expression of specific realistic behaviors.Therefore,it will be especially important to clarify the connotation of teacher ethics and the boundaries of the scope of behavior,and how to understand the characterization,identification and criticism of behavior has become an urgent problem to be solved.
