摘　　要：随着高等教育市场化进程的加速,民办高等教育已发展成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。基于文献研究法和比较分析法,就国外私立高校与我国民办高校的现状和差异进行比较分析,通过总结国外私立高校的发展经验,为我国民办高校高质量发展提供借鉴和启示。With the acceleration of the marketization of higher education,private higher education has developed into an important part of higher education in China.Based on the methods of literature study and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the development status and differences between foreign private universities and Chinese private universities,and summarizes the development experience of foreign private universities to provide reference and inspiration for the high-quality development of private universities in China.
