摘　　要：中国茶产业正由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,主动调整产能结构,建设更高水平的茶叶加工厂成为各大茶区和茶企的内生需求。文章结合国家相关标准与茶产业特点和需求,对茶叶精制加工厂选址与总平面设计进行了研究,提出了布置原则、建筑风格、厂房、仓库、办公、道路、辅助建筑及设施、绿化、厂区目视化与参观通道等茶叶精制加工厂要素和设计要求,希望能为茶叶企业新建工厂选址与设计提供理论指导。China's tea industry is transitioning from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Actively adjusting the production capacity structure and building higher-level tea factories have become an endogenous demand for major tea producing regions and tea enterprises.Based on the relevant national standards and the char-acteristics and requirements of the tea industry,this paper studied the site selection and general layout design of tea factories,proposed the factors and requirements for the tea factories,including layout principles,architectural styles,factory buildings,warehouses,offices,roads,auxiliary buildings and facilities,landscape,visual representation of the factory area,and visitor channels,etc.This study provided theoretical and practical guidance for tea companies in the construction and expansion of their factories.
