摘  要:选取体育器材中常用的4款聚氨酯胶粘剂为研究对象,利用环境舱法、高效液相色谱法和嗅阈值法探究了其固化物中16种醛类物质整体气味释放规律。结果表明,16种醛类物质在0.005~2.0 mg/L线性良好,线性相关系数均不低于0.9998,加标回收率为92%~108%,相对标准偏差仅为3.2%~7.8%。4款聚氨酯胶中16种醛类物质整体气味随时间延长,先增加后降低,在6~8 h达到释放峰值,36 h左右进入稳定释放期。测试方法准确可靠,具有较好的实践指导意义。Four types of polyurethane adhesives widely used in sports equipment were selected as the research object,and the overall odor release laws of 16 aldehydes in their solidified products were investigated by the environmental chamber method,high performance liquid chromatography and olfactory threshold method.The results showed that the good linear range of 16 aldehydes were within 0.005~2.0 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9998,recoveries were between 92%and 108%,and the relative standard deviation was only 3.2%to 7.8%.The overall odor of 16 aldehydes in the four polyurethane adhesives increased first and then decreased with time,reaching a peak release value in 6~8 hours,and entering a stable release period around 36 hours.This method is accurate and reliable,and has good practical guidance significance.
