摘　　要：妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后复发与腹腔内残留微病灶关系密切,腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)将化疗药物与灌注液混合,将灌注液以恒定的温度循环灌注充盈腹腔并维持,从而起到预防、治疗肿瘤腹膜种植转移的作用。本文主要就HIPEC在妇科恶性肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。The recurrence of gynecological malignant tumors after treatment is closely related to residual microscopic lesions in the abdominal cavity.Hyperthermic intraperitoneal peroperative chemotherapy(HIPEC)mixes chemotherapy drugs with perfusate,circulates the perfusate at a constant temperature to fill and maintain the abdominal cavity,thereby achieving the prevention and treatment of tumor peritoneal implantation metastasis.This article mainly reviews the research progress of HIPEC in gynecological malignant tumor s.
