Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法2020年3月至2021年3月在北京市东城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心口腔科选取82例符合要求的有窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿,根据抽签法分为实验组(41例)与对照组(41例)。对照组开展Vitapex糊剂多次法根管治疗,实验组予以Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果实验组患儿的菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数评分低于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6均低于对照组,咀嚼功能评分高于对照组,临床症状消失时间、咀嚼功能恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果确切,可明显改善患儿症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Vitapex paste primary root canal treatment in children with sinus type of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 82 children with sinus type of chronic periapical periodontitis in the Stomatology Department of Beijing Dongcheng District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center were selected from March 2020 to March 2021,and they were divided into experimental group(41 cases)and control group(41 cases)according to the lottery method.In the control group,Vitapex paste multiple root canal treatment was carried out,and in the experimental group,Vitapex paste primary root canal treatment was carried out,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The plaque index and gingival sulcus bleeding index scores of the children in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 were lower than those in the control group,the masticatory function score was higher than that in the control group,the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms and the recovery time of masticatory function were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.56%,which was higher than the 85.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste primary root canal treatment for children with sinus type of chronic periapical periodontitis is clinically effective and can significantly improve the symptoms of children.
