清咽中药类保健食品组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的 总结并分析当前清咽保健食品组方规律,为清咽中药保健食品开发提供参考。方法 通过检索国家市场监督管理总局特殊食品信息查询平台(SAMR)公布的清咽类保健食品数据,运用Microsoft Excel,SPSS Statistics和SPSS Modeler分析其一般使用情况和组方特点。结果 在SAMR共搜集到206件宣称具有唯一清咽功能的保健食品,剂型以片剂、液体剂型、糖果为主,共占比79.61%。在保留唯一中药原料的143件保健食品中,包含中药101味,累计使用687次,使用频率≥2%的中药原料有15味,累计使用452次,占比65.79%。清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、补虚药、解表药的使用频次较高,药性以寒、平居多,药味以甘、苦为主,主归肺、胃经。进一步聚类分析得到5个类群,关联规则分析结果显示,二项关联规则中22个中药组合关联度较高,三项关联规则中9个中药组合关联度较高。结论 清咽保健食品在中药原料的选择上符合中医药理论,对其组方规律的数据挖掘和分析可为研发清咽中药保健产品提供新思路。Objective To summarize and analyze the current formulation rules of throat clearing Chinese medicinal health foods,so as to provide reference for their development.Methods By retrieving the data of throat clearing health foods published by State Administration for Market Regulation(SAMR),Microsoft Excel,SPSS Statistics and SPSS Modeler were used to analyze their general usage and formula characteristics.Results A total of 206 health foods claimed to have the function of clearing the throat were collected from SAMR,of which main dosage forms are tablets,liquid and candies,accounting for 79.61%.Among the 143 pieces of health foods that retained only one Chinese herbal medicine raw material,101 Chinese herbal medicines were included,which have been used for 687 times.Heat-clearing medicines,phlegm-clearing,cough-relieving and asthma-preventing medicines,vital energy restoring medicines,and exterior syndrome relieving medicines were used more frequently.Further clustering analysis obtained 5 groups,and the results of association rule analysis showed that 22 Chinese medicine combinations in the binomial association rules were highly correlated,and 9 Chinese medicine combinations in the three association rules had high correlation degrees.Conclusion The selection of raw materials for throat clearing health foods is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and the data mining and analysis of the formulation rules can provide new ideas for the development of throat clearing Chinese medicinal health products.
