摘  要:以解决红外视频图像传输精度差及图像质量低问题,提出基于光纤通信技术的红外视频图像处理技术。通采集红外视频图像,对进行图像进行电平转换、编码处理,利用光纤传输至接收端完成光、电信号转换,通过解码操作获得红外视频图像,利用双层滤波器对图像作分层处理,采用对自适应直方图均衡法和掩模效应实现图像增强。实验结果表明:该方法可实现红外视频图像的远距离通信,通信延迟较短,实时好,传输错误率低;有效消除图像噪声,大幅度提升红外视频图像的视觉效果。In order to solve the problems of poor transmission efficiency and low image quality of infrared video image,an infrared video image processing technology based on optical fiber communication technology is proposed.Through the acquisition of infrared video image,the image is subject to level conversion and coding processing,optical and electrical signal conversion is completed by optical fiber transmission to the receiving end,the infrared video image is obtained by decoding operation,the image is processed hierarchically by double-layer filter,and the image enhancement is realized by adaptive square equalization method and mask effect.The experimental results show that this method can realize the long-distance communication of infrared video images,with short communication delay,good real-time performance and low transmission error rate;effectively eliminate image noise and greatly improve the visual effect of infrared video images.
