摘　　要：国际疾病统计分类第十一次修订本传统医学内容独立成章(ICD-11 TM),它为疾病诊断提供了信息基础,而与之配套的健康干预分类尚不完善,若在国际健康干预分类(ICHI)体系中建立中医药干预信息框架,不仅有助于完善国际分类家族体系,也将为中医药的医保支付改革提供信息基础。本文拟从ICHI角度,探讨中医药干预纳入ICHI的可能性,从而为构建针对医保支付的较为完善的中医药干预体系提供有效借鉴。With the release of the Chapter 26th of the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11 TM),traditional medicine was emerging on the international stage.ICD-11 TM provided the information basis for disease diagnosis,while accompanying International Classification of Health Interventions(ICHI)was still in preparation.Meanwhile,the imperfect classification of TCM intervention remained a major pain point in the reform of TCM medical insurance payment.If the intervention of TCM can be incorporated into the ICHI on this occasion,it will not only help improve the international classification family,but also provide an information basis for the reform of TCM medical insurance payment.This study aimed to explore the possibility of TCM intervention being included in ICHI classification from the perspective of ICHI classification,so as to provide effective reference for the construction of TCM intervention system for medical insurance payment.
