摘　　要：基于疫苗全程追溯信息标准体系框架,依托业务规范,研制疫苗冷链物流相关数据标准,研制指导业务信息系统开发的配套系统功能规范和数据交换标准,在此基础上开发标准化软件产品,并在上海市开展试点应用,实现疫苗全程追溯信息跨业务、跨地区、跨机构交换共享和业务协同。对试点应用效果进行评估,进一步完善相关标准体系,建立健全标准化疫苗全程追溯管理模式和服务规范,为上海市乃至国内其他城市的推广应用提供行业借鉴。Based on the framework of the vaccine whole process traceability information standard system,this article develops the vaccine cold chain logistics data standard relying on business specifications,supporting the system functional specifications and data exchange standards for the development of the development guidance system,and on this basis,develops standardized software products,develops pilot applications in Shanghai,and realizes the exchange and sharing of vaccine whole process traceability information across businesses,regions,and institutions,as well as business collaboration.Evaluate the effect of the pilot application,further improve the relevant standard system,establish and improve the standardized vaccine whole process traceability management mode and service specifications,and provide industry reference for the promotion and application of shanghai and other suitable cities across the country.
