摘 要:本文探讨了以人为中心建立的疾病监测系统,通过制定数字卫生标准和功能规范,实现了数据的整合共享,提高了数据质量。新增并升级了疾病监测系统功能模块,提高了监测和预警能力;实现了个人健康信息和公共卫生数据的关联及整合,提高了疾病监测的精度和时效性。应用效果表明,优化和升级的疾病监测系统能够有效推动疾病预防控制工作升级,提高公共卫生信息化水平。This article explores the application of digital technology in disease control systems,with a focus on person-centered disease monitoring systems.By establishing digital health standards and functional specifications,data integration and sharing have been achieved while also improving data quality.Additionally,disease monitoring system modules have been added and upgraded,enhancing monitoring and early warning capabilities.Integration and correlation between personal health information and public health data have been achieved,while also improving the accuracy and timeliness of disease monitoring.The application of digital technology in disease control systems has been shown to effectively promote the upgrading of disease control work and improve the level of public health informationization.
