摘 要:绩效考核是深化公立医院改革,推进现代医院管理制度建设的重要环节,其有序开展离不开医院信息化建设,未来医院的信息化水平将成为医院核心竞争力的关键要素之一。本研究阐述了在全国开展三级公立医院绩效考核工作这一新形势下,江苏省苏北人民医院依托一系列医院信息化建设成果,如BI运营决策系统、病历质控系统、入院服务中心系统、单病种上报系统、智慧手术调度系统、新型互联网医院平台和人才360°评价系统,解决了绩效考核管理的瓶颈问题,并且对指标的持续改进工作起到了促进作用。Performance appraisal is an important process in deepening the reform of public hospitals and promoting the construction of a modern hospital management system,which cannot be carried out in an orderly manner without hospital informatization.The level of hospital informatization will become one of the key elements of hospital core competitiveness in the future.This paper illustrates that under the new situation of carrying out performance appraisal in tertiary public hospitals nationwide,Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital has solved bottleneck problems in performance appraisal management by relying on a series of hospital informatization achievements,such as BI operation decisionmaking system,medical record quality control system,admission service center system,single disease reporting system,intelligent surgery scheduling system,new Internet hospital platform and 360°talent evaluation system,which facilitates the continuous improvement of performance appraisal indicators.
