摘　　要：信息技术与急诊护理管理深度融合是现代化医院急诊护理专业因势而新的内在需求,也是医院管理进行革新的必然选择。目前信息技术与急诊护理管理融合过程中还存在临床护理管理队伍信息化素养欠缺、缺乏应用支持平台,以及信息化资源整合不完善等情况,需要急诊临床护理管理立足现状,剖析相关因素,整合相关措施,切实提升医院急诊护理管理的效果。The deep integration of information technology and emergency nursing management is a new internal demand for the emergency nursing profession in modern hospitals,and it is also an inevitable choice for hospital management reform.At present,there are still situations in the integration process of information technology and emergency nursing management,such as a lack of information literacy in clinical nursing management teams,a lack of application support platforms,and incomplete integration of information resources.It is necessary to base emergency clinical nursing management on the current situation,analyze relevant factors,integrate relevant measures,and effectively improve the effectiveness of emergency nursing management in hospitals.
