摘 要:为了确定航空座椅动态冲击试验的最严酷工况,本文在研究中国民用航空规章(CCAR,Chinese civil aviation regulations)第25.562条,美国联邦航空管理局(FAA,Federal Aviation Administration)AC 25.562-1B和美国汽车工程师学会(SAE,Society of Automotive Engineers)AS8049B等相关适航规章和技术标准的基础上,针对某型航空座椅选取位移加载和冲击加载两个阶段开展了危险工况选择的分析和计算,评估了适航试验时各种地板预变形下动态冲击的最严酷工况,并依据此结论完成了适航取证试验。该方法可应用于各种类型航空座椅动态冲击试验前的严酷工况选择。In order to determine the most critical condition for dynamic impact test of aviation seat,this paper carried out the analysis and calculation of dangerous condition selection for a certain type of aviation seat in two stages of displacement loading and impact loading,based on the study of Article 25.562 of Chinese civil aviation regulations(CCAR),Federal Aviation Administration(FAA)AC 25.562-1B,Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE)AS8049B and other relevant airworthiness regulations and technical standards.The most critical condition for dynamic impact under various predeformation of the floor during the airworthiness test is evaluated and the forensics test of airworthiness is completed according to the conclusion.This method can be applied to the selection of critical conditions before dynamic impact test of various types of aviation seats.
