摘 要:为提高机械破除硬岩过程中刀齿耐磨性,提出采用热丝化学气相沉积(HFCVD)金刚石涂层硬质合金基体复合钻齿的研究课题。通过对滚刀破岩和钻齿磨损机理的研究,采用HFCVD法在YG10钻齿表面制备出了微-纳米复合金刚石涂层,并且通过采用预处理的办法,增强了金刚石薄膜与硬质合金基体的结合力,解决了一直以来高钴含量硬质合金与金刚石涂层的复合问题。In order to improve the wear resistance of the cutter teeth in the mechanical breaking process of hard rock,the research topic of using HFCVD diamond-coated cemented carbide matrix composite drill teeth is chemical vapor deposition.In this paper,the micro-nano composite diamond coating on the surface of YG10 drill tooth is prepared by HFCVD method through the study of the rock-breaking mechanism of the hob and wear mechanism of the drill tooth,the adhesion between the diamond film and the cemented carbide matrix is enhanced,and the problem of the composite of the cemented carbide with high cobalt content and the diamond coating is solved.
