视感知觉刺激联合精细目力训练治疗小儿弱视的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨视感知觉刺激联合精细目力训练治疗小儿弱视的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月我院收治的140例单眼患病弱视患儿,随机分为两组各70例。对照组采用精细目力训练治疗,观察组采用视感知觉刺激联合精细目力训练治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、视力、图形视觉诱发电位。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的65.71%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视力、图形视觉诱发电位改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视感知觉刺激联合精细训练治疗小儿弱视的临床效果显著,可有效改善患儿的视力和图形视觉诱发电位。Objective To explore the clinical effect of visual perception stimulation combined with fine visual training in the treatment of children with amblyopia.Methods 140 children with monocular amblyopia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fine visual training,and the observation group was treated with visual perception stimulation combined with fine visual training.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity and pattern visual evoked potential were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.71%,significantly higher than 65.71%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of visual acuity and improvement of pattern visual evoked potential in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Visual perception stimulation combined with fine visual training in the treatment of children with amblyopia has significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve the visual acuity and pattern visual evoked potential of children.
