T淋巴细胞亚群与结直肠癌患者临床病理分期的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析T淋巴细胞亚群与结直肠癌(CRC)患者临床病理分期的相关性。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月我院收治的98例CRC患者,根据病理学检查结果分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期,比较不同分期患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4/CD8^(+))水平,分析T淋巴细胞亚群与CRC临床病理分期的相关性。结果Ⅳ期患者的CD8^(+)水平最高,而后依次为Ⅲ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期;Ⅳ期患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)最低,而后依次为Ⅲ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期;组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kendall'stau-b相关性分析显示,CRC患者的临床病理分期与CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),与CD8^(+)水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论T淋巴细胞亚群与CRC患者的临床病理分期存在一定关系,临床可通过检测CRC患者的T淋巴细胞亚群水平指导疾病分期诊断与治疗。Objective To analyze the correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and clinicopathological stage of patients with colorecta carcinoma(CRC).Methods 98 patients with CRC admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into stage Ⅰ,stage Ⅱ,stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳaccording to the results of pathological examination.The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in patients with different stages were compared,and the correlation between T lymphocyte subsets and clinicopathological stage of CRC was analyzed.Results The level of CD8^(+)in patients with stage IV was the highest,followed by stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ;The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in patients with stage Ⅳ were the lowest,followed by stage Ⅲ,stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ;The differences of pairwise comparisons between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Kendal's tau-b correlation analysis showed that the clinicopathological stage of CRC patients was negatively correlated with the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(r<0,P<0.05),and positively correlated with the level of CD8^(+)(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions T lymphocyte subsets have certain relationships with clinicopathological stage of patients with CRC.Clinically,the diagnosis of disease stage and treatment can be guided by detecting the levels of T lymphocyte subsets of CRC patients.
