摘  要:目的 探讨情景模拟结合混合式教学法在住院医师骨髓穿刺术技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院2019级至2021级血液科轮转的住院医师共120人,随机分为2组,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用情景模拟结合混合式教学法,比较两组住院医师骨髓穿刺术技能培训教学效果。结果 观察组技能考核成绩[(67.11±4.46)分]与对照组技能考核成绩[(66.02±4.34)分]比较,无统计学意义(P=0.18),观察组骨髓穿刺术过程、操作时间、医患沟通能力等均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 情景模拟结合混合式教学法可显著提高住院医师骨髓穿刺术操作能力、医患沟通能力,值得在临床教学中推广使用。Objective To analyze the application effect of blended teaching and scenario simulation in clinical bone marrow puncture training of hematopathy resident physicians.Methods In the Department of Hematology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,from 2019 to 2021 120 resident physicians were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 resident physicians in each group.The control group chose routine teaching,the observation group selected blended and scenario simulation teaching,and the final teaching effects were compared.Results The skill assessment score,operation time and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation and blended teaching in bone marrow puncture training has a good effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
