替吉奥胶囊在晚期肿瘤患者姑息化疗中的治疗效果及不良反应评价

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥胶囊在晚期肿瘤患者姑息化疗中的治疗效果及不良反应。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月在本院接受姑息化疗的90例晚期肿瘤患者,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为参考组和研究组,每组各45例。参考组采用奥沙利铂治疗,研究组在参考组基础上联合替吉奥胶囊治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、疾病控制率、生活质量评分、血清肿瘤标志物水平以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率、疾病控制率均高于参考组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630、11.791,均P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分、肿瘤标志物水平均优于参考组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=6.596、8.914、6.583、11.235、9.587、7.796、5.240,均P<0.05);而两组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.421、0.830、0.212、0.963,均P>0.05)。结论在晚期肿瘤患者姑息化疗治疗中应用替吉奥胶囊更有利于提高治疗效果,降低肿瘤标志物水平,安全性高,利于提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluation therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of siggio capsules for palliative chemotherapy in the patients of advanced tumor.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced cancer who received palliative chemotherapy in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to the treatment regimen,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in reference group were treated with oxaliplatin,and the study group were additionally treated with siggio capsules on the basis of the reference group.The total treatment effective rate,disease control rate,quality of life score,serum tumor marker levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and disease control rate of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,11.791,all P<0.05);the posttreatment quality of life scores and tumor marker levels of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=6.596,8.914,6.583,11.235,9.587,7.796,5.240,all P<0.05);while the differences were not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups(χ^(2)=0.421,0.830,0.212,0.963,all P>0.05).Conclusion The application of siggio capsules in the palliative chemotherapy treatment of patients with advanced tumors is more conducive to improving the therapeutic effect,reducing the level of tumor markers,and improving the quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting.
