腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的短期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究对进展期胃癌患者实施腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术的效果,分析其短期疗效和安全性。方法筛选2021年1月—2023年1月赤峰市医院收治的60例进展期胃癌患者为研究对象。保持组间均衡性,以随机数表法分为两组,对照组实施传统手术(30例),研究组实施腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术(30例)。统计临床指标,分别在手术前后检测血清标志物水平,记录并发症发生率并比较。结果 两组淋巴结数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1 d、7 d血清标志物水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌能够获得理想的效果,相较于传统术式其对患者损伤更小,可降低免疫抑制,有助于术后恢复,并发症发生风险更低,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy in patients with advanced gas‐tric cancer,and analyze its short-term efficacy and safety.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in Chifeng Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.The balance between the groups was maintained,and the groups were divided into two groups by random number table method,control group performed traditional surgery(30 cases)and study group performed laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy(30 cases).The level of serum markers was detected before and after operation,and the incidence of complications was re‐corded and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the number of lymph nodes between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of blood loss,operation time,incision length and hospital stay in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum markers in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 d and 7 d after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than that of the control group 26.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic as‐sisted radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer can achieve ideal results.Compared with traditional surgery,it has less damage to patients,can reduce immunosuppression,contribute to postoperative recovery,and has a lower risk of complications,which is safe and reliable.
