新形势下高校电子档案安全管理的现状与对策研究

摘　　要：随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展,我国高校档案安全管理逐渐朝着数字化、信息化方向发展,呈现出高度依赖网络系统、信息与载体之间分离、易于保管快捷方便、形式多样性等特点。但也出现了相关法律法规不健全、安全管理标准欠缺、从业人员专业素养和安全意识亟待提高、缺乏强有力的软硬件支撑等一系列安全管理问题。因此,必须采取健全相关法律法规和规章制度、确立安全管理标准规范、提升从业人员专业素养、提高信息管理的安全保障技术、加强基础设施建设等有效对策,以确保高校电子档案信息的安全。With the rapid development of computer and network technology,the safety management of archives in universities has gradually developed in the direction of digitization and information,showing the features of high dependence on the network system,separation between information and the carrier,easy storage,quickness,convenience,and diversity of forms,etc.However,there are also a series of safety management problems such as imperfection of relevant laws and regulations,shortage of safety management standards,urgent improvement of professional quality and safety awareness of practitioners,and lack of strong hardware and software support,etc.Therefore,we should take effective measures to perfect the relevant laws,regulations and rules,establish safety management standards and norms,enhance the practitioners professional quality,improve the safety technology of information management,and strengthen the infrastructure construction,to ensure the safety of electronic archive information in universities.
