摘 要:基于某隧道工程背景,通过数值模拟软件模拟隧道CRD法施工过程,分析隧道浅埋暗挖过程中隧道的变形和支护结构的内力,深入探讨临时支撑曲率半径和钢拱架间距的影响。研究表明,隧道施工过程中,隧道拱顶处围岩竖向位移较大,隧道拱腰处围岩水平位移较大。当开挖左侧导坑中间土体和拆除临时支撑时,拱腰水平位移会显著增大。随着曲率半径的增大,围岩的竖向位移逐渐减小,水平位移逐渐增大,钢拱架的应力逐渐减小,且曲率半径对围岩竖向位移的影响更加显著。围岩竖向位移和水平位移均随着钢拱架间距的增大而增大,钢拱架的变化对拱顶围岩竖向位移的影响更为显著。当钢拱架的间距为1.5 m和2.0 m时,钢拱架可能存在屈服破坏的情况。该隧道工程竖向临时支撑曲率半径为23 m、钢拱架间距为0.5 m,较为合理。Taking a shallow buried tunnel as the research object,a three-dimensional numerical model is established by using the finite element software to study the deformation of the tunnel and the internal force of the supporting structure during the construction of the tunnel by CRD method.The influence of curvature radius of temporary support and steel arch spacing is deeply analyzed.The research shows that the vertical displacement of surrounding rock at the tunnel arch crown is large,and the horizontal displacement of surrounding rock at the tunnel arch waist is large.When the soil in the middle of the left heading is excavated and the temporary support is removed,the horizontal displacement of the arch waist will increase significantly.With the increase of curvature radius,the vertical displacement of surrounding rock decreases gradually,the horizontal displacement increases gradually,and the stress of steel arch decreases gradually.The influence of curvature radius on the vertical displacement of surrounding rock is more significant.The vertical displacement and horizontal displacement of surrounding rock increase with the increase of steel arch spacing,and the change of steel arch has a more significant impact on the vertical displacement of surrounding rock of arch crown.When the spacing between steel arches is 1.5m and 2.0m,the steel arch may have yield failure.The reasonable curvature radius of vertical temporary support and the reasonable spacing between steel arches are 23m and 0.5m respectively.
