摘 要:该文通过开展深度访谈的调研方式,深度挖掘民办高校商科专业学生学习行为特点,发现民办高校商科专业学生具有清晰的学习认知、丰富的学习资源,但缺乏学习执行力,自主学习能力受限,部分学生学习效果不佳。进一步分析发现学习资源、教学设计、校园学习氛围和学生个体内生动力及目标靶向等均会影响学习行为及学习效果。为此,提出3方面激励建议:优化课程资源,改善教学设计,提高教学效果;提升校园学习氛围,实施精准激励,持续激发自主学习能力;建立目标靶向长效机制,提升学习情绪力和学习动力。This paper explores the characteristics of learning behavior of business students in private universities by conducting in-depth interviews.It finds that business students in private colleges and universities have clear learning cognition and rich learning resources,but they lack learning execution and independent learning ability,and some of them have poor learning effect.Further analysis in this study found that learning resources,instructional design,campus learning atmosphere,and students'internal motivation and goal targeting all affect learning behavior and learning results.Therefore,this paper puts forward three incentive suggestions:optimizing course resources,improving teaching design,improving teaching effect;improving the campus learning atmosphere,implementing precise incentives,and continuously stimulating the ability of independent learning;establishing long-term mechanism of target targeting,improving learning emotional power and learning motivation.
