摘　　要：大数据技术的运用,为高职院校毕业生精准就业服务提供良好的发展机遇和艰巨的发展挑战。针对高职院校毕业生就业服务领域存在的就业信息不对称、培养规格不对接、人才岗位不匹配等问题,有必要树立大数据治理理念,建设精准就业指导人本化服务体系、搭建精准就业服务信息化管理平台和创新精准就业协同化合作机制,有效提高高职毕业生精准就业服务质量。The application of big data technology provides a good opportunity and a hard challenge for the precise employment service of higher vocational college graduates.It is necessary to develop the concept of big data governance to address the problems of employment information asymmetry,mismatch in training specifications and mismatch in talent positions in the employment service sector for higher vocational college graduates.We should build a human-oriented service system for precise employment guidance,build an information-based management platform for precise employment service,and innovate a cooperative mechanism for precise employment so as to effectively improve the quality of precise employment service for higher vocational college graduates.
