摘　　要：新科技革命、新产业革命、新经济、世界百年未有之大变局背景下,迫切需要军队院校新工科建设走校企联合模式人才培养道路。在简单阐述新工科背景以及新工科背景下军队院校校企联合模式人才培养意义的基础上,该文以核工程与核技术专业为例,对军队院校人才培养瓶颈进行深入分析,并结合实际探讨新工科背景下军队院校校企联合模式人才培养路径,以期对军队院校校企联合模式新工科人才培养提供一些参考。Under the background of new scientific and technological revolution,new industrial revolution,new economy and unprecedented changes in the world,it is urgent for the construction of new engineering in military academies to take the path of university-enterprise combined talent training.This paper briefly expounds the new engineering background and the significance of military colleges and universities joint mode of personnel training under the background of new engineering.This study takes nuclear engineering and nuclear technology as an example to deeply analyze the bottleneck of personnel training in military colleges and universities,and discusses the path of personnel training under the background of new engineering.The purpose of this study is to provide some references for the training of new engineering talents in the mode of university-enterprise alliance in military colleges and universities.
