摘　　要：肝移植术后新发恶性肿瘤日益增多,现分享我中心收治的2例肝移植术后早期食管癌患者的诊疗经验。分析并总结肝移植术后新发实体恶性肿瘤和新发食管癌的发病率、危险因素,以尽早识别高危人群,制定监测方案,实现新发食管癌的早诊早治。The number of patients with de novo malignancy after liver transplantation is increase.We shared the diagnosis and treatment experience of 2 patients with early esophageal cancer after liver transplantation in our clinical center.We summarized the incidence and risk factors of solid organ tumors including esophageal cancer after liver transplantation.Identifing risk factors and making surveillance program are vital for realizing early dection and treatment.
