摘  要:随着中国水产养殖业的发展,对水产养殖的机械化、智能化程度要求不断提高。针对国内目前对于鱼类分级机械研究和应用较少,人工分级工作效率低等问题,设计了1台参数可调的辊道式鱼类分级机,以构建的大泷六线鱼模型为研究对象,通过EDEM仿真开展辊轴转速、直径和倾角对分级准确率的单因素和多因素响应面试验,分析分级过程中辊轴参数对鱼体分级准确率的影响以优化其工作参数。结果显示:辊轴转速、倾角和直径均对分级准确率有显著影响。其中,辊轴转速和倾角以及转速和直径之间存在交互影响,当分级辊轴转速为3.4 r/s,倾角为7.8°,直径为2.68 mm时,分级准确率最高,准确率为90.5%。本研究为EDEM仿真方法在水产机械领域的应用提供了参考,并为鱼类分级机的设计及优化提供了新的思路。With the development of China’s aquaculture industry,the requirements for mechanization and intelligence in the field of aquaculture processing have been increasing.A roller fish grader with adjustable parameters was designed for the problems of less research and application of fish grading machinery and the low efficiency of manual grading in China.The single-factor and multi-factor response surface tests of roller speed,diameter and inclination angle on grading accuracy were carried out by EDEM simulation.The effects of roller parameters on the accuracy of fish grading were analyzed to optimize the working parameters.The results showed that roller speed,dip angle, and diameter all had significant effects on grading accuracy,among which,there were interactive effects between roller speed and dip angle as well as speed and diameter. The highest grading accuracy was achieved when the grading roller speed was 3.4 r/s,the dip angle was 7.8°, and the diameter was 2.68 mm,with an accuracy of 90.5%.This paper provides a reference for the application of the EDEM simulation method in the field of aquatic machinery,and provides new ideas for the design and optimization of fish graders.
