摘 要:自然崩落法聚矿槽尺寸对放矿有着重要作用。为明确国外某铜矿聚矿槽的合理尺寸参数,并探明聚矿槽尺寸对矿岩流动特性的影响规律,利用PFC3D软件构建单放矿口和多放矿口两种模型进行研究。结果表明:在放矿前期,放出体形态受聚矿槽尺寸的影响较为强烈,随着放矿高度的增加,影响逐渐减弱,直至放矿高度达到150 m后,聚矿槽尺寸对放出体形态及尺寸不产生影响;多放矿口同时放矿情况下,随着放矿高度的增大,各放矿口之间由相互独立放矿转变为相互影响的状态,相邻放出体也逐渐合并。同时,聚矿槽上口尺寸越小,矿岩流动越不均匀,放矿末期,顶部废石更易混入聚矿槽内;模拟得出聚矿槽上口尺寸15 m时有利于减小矿石的损失和贫化。The size of the drawbell in block mining plays an important role in drawing production.To clarify the reasonable size of the drawbell for a foreign copper mine and explore the influence of drawbell size on the flow characteristics of ore.We use PFC3D software to construct two models of single drawpoint and multiple for research.The results show that in the early stage of ore drawing,the shape of the isolated extraction zone is strongly influenced by the size of the drawbell.As the drawing height increases,the impact gradually weakens.When the ore drawing height reaches 150 m,the drawbell size has no effect on the shape and size of the isolated extraction zone.In the case of simultaneous ore drawing with multiple drawpoints,as the drawing height increases,each drawing point transitions from independent drawing to an interdependent state,and adjacent isolated extraction zones gradually merge.At the same time,the smaller the size of the drawbell upper part,more abnormal the rack flow.In the late stage of ore drawing,the top rock is more likely to mix into the drawbell.The simulation obtained that a drawbell upper opening size of 15 m in this mine was conducive to reducing ore loss and dilution.
