在校高职兽医专业学生执兽考试现状调查与问题分析——以徐州生物工程职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为了解执兽考试新规实施后在校生的执兽考试现状及所面临的困惑,2021~2022年分别对徐州生物工程职业技术学院在读高职兽医相关专业学生进行调查访谈。结果发现:新规实施对在校生的报考和专业学习已产生积极影响,报考率和通过率逐年增加,备考优势明显,但仍存在理论重点把握不足,实践缺乏和综合分析能力薄弱等问题。高职院校需结合自身特点对执业兽医资格考试加强宣传和引导,从融入教学改革、强化技能实践,培养临床应用能力等方面入手,完善“岗-课-赛-证”综合育人机制,培养高素质执业兽医人才队伍。In order to understand the current situation and confusion faced by students in higher vocational veterinary related majors in our school after the implementation of the new regulations on veterinary examination,a survey and interview were conducted from 2021 to 2022.It was found that the implementation of the new regulations has had a positive impact on the application and professional learning of students on campus,with the application and passing rates increasing year by year.Although there are obvious advantages in preparation,there is still a lack of grasp of theoretical focus,Due to the lack of practical experience and weak comprehensive analysis ability,vocational colleges need to strengthen the promotion and guidance of practicing veterinary qualification exams,integrate teaching reform,strengthen skill practice,and cultivate clinical application abilities based on their own characteristics.They should improve the comprehensive education mechanism of"job course competition certificate"and cultivate a high-quality team of practicing veterinary talents.
