非洲鲁班工坊国际化校企合作运行机制研究

摘　　要：鲁班工坊是天津原创并率先实践的中外人文交流知名品牌,在服务“一带一路”建设、助力企业海外发展、拓展学校合作空间方面成为连接政府、改善民生的重要纽带。在鲁班工坊建设运行过程中,运行机制是鲁班工坊高质量发展的必要保障,具有动态性、阶段性特征,可以从加强顶层设计、优化组织结构和强化法治思维等方面探究鲁班工坊引入国际化校企合作的解决方案。Luban Workshop is a well-known brand for cultural and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,which was originally created and first practiced in Tianjin.It has become an important link to connect the government and improve people's livelihood in terms of serving the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,helping enterprises develop overseas,and expanding school cooperation space.During the construction and operation of Luban Workshop,the operation mechanism is the necessary guarantee for the high-quality development of Luban Workshop,with dynamic and phased characteristics.Therefore,the solution of introducing international school-enterprise cooperation into Luban Workshop can be explored from strengthening top-level design,optimizing organizational structure,and strengthening legal thinking.
