摘 要:通过调研儿童的相关身体数据和儿童的需求,基于人体工程学,结合不同年龄阶段儿童的身体特征,提出儿童智能座椅久坐报时提醒、坐姿调节、加热、通风等的总体思路,并对儿童座椅结构进行设计。结合市场上现有儿童座椅结构和功能,选择万向轮、气压棒和托盘作为智能儿童座椅的一部分,使得儿童座椅组装方便、功能齐全、操作简单。根据气压棒和万向轮设计脚架和脚踏板,再结合儿童的身体数据,设计扶手、靠背和腰靠的调节方式、范围和方法。最后,通过AutoCAD设计儿童座椅的各零件图纸,再利用SolidWorks绘制儿童座椅各零件三维图进行装配,制作出爆炸图动态模拟验证各零件是否存在干涉。By investigating children’s relevant body data and children’s needs,based on the perspective of human factors engineering and combining the physical characteristics of children of different ages,the general ideas of children’s intelligent seats such as long-term sitting reminder,sitting posture adjustment,heating,and ventilation are proposed.Then the structure of the children’s chair is designed.Combined with the existing children’s chair structure and function on the market,universal wheels,air pressure rods and trays are selected as part of the intelligent children’s chair,which can realize the characteristics of convenient assembly,complete functions and simple operation methods of the children’s chair.Then the tripod and foot pedal are based on the design of the air pressure rod and universal wheel.Combined with the children’s body data,the adjustment method,scope and method of armrest,backrest and lumbar rest were designed.Finally,the drawings of each part of the children’s chair are designed through AutoCAD,and then the three-dimensional drawings of the parts of the children’s chair are drawn with SolidWorks,and then the explosion diagram and dynamic simulation are assembled to verify whether the parts have interference.
