摘 要:目的 分析在脑卒中运动障碍康复中用康复锻炼技术对患者认知功能的影响.方法 选择湖南省人民医院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的脑卒中运动障碍患者66例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分为观察组(康复锻炼,33例)和对照组(常规训练,33例),比较分析治疗1个月后两组锻炼前后肢体运动功能评定量表评分(Fugel-Meyer,FMA)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale MoCA)评分、Barthel指数评分及生活质量评分情况.结果 康复锻炼后,两组上肢FMA评分、下肢FMA评分、MoCA评分、Barthel评分、生活质量评分对比均高于康复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复锻炼后,观察组上肢FMA评分、下肢FMA评分、MoCA评分、Barthel评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在脑卒中运动障碍患者康复中运用康复锻炼技术可明显提高其认知功能,改善肢体功能,相较于常规康复锻炼更有利于患者生活质量的提高,值得临床推广应用.Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation exercise on cognitive function in stroke patients with movement disorders.Methods A total of 66 stroke patients with movement disorders admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(rehabilitation exercise,33 cases)and the control group(routine training,33 cases).The Fugel-Meyer(FMA)score and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale)were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment MoCA score,Barthel index score and quality of life index score.Results After rehabilitation exercise,the FMA score of upper limb,FMA score of lower limb,MoCA score,Barthel score and quality of life index of the two groups were higher than those before rehabilitation exercise,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation exercise,the upper limb FMA score,lower limb FMA score,MoCA score,Barthel score and quality of life index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation exercise techniques can significantly improve the cognitive function and limb function of stroke patients with movement disorders.Compared with conventional rehabilitation exercise,it can improve the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
