摘 要:开放式创新社区是一种用户参与企业创新的网络平台。随着互联网技术的飞速发展,越来越多的用户以网络社区为媒介参与到企业的研发和创新中。为了从海量的社区用户中高效而准确地甄选出领先用户,文章基于领先用户理论与社会网络关系理论识别出领先用户特征,并采用传统识别法、网络志法、进化计算法和FLUID等方法进行了对比分析。结果表明:与其他识别方法相比较,FLUID法在社区中自动化识别与分类判别成本更低,效率更高,是当前人工智能背景下更合适的识别方法,该识别方法能够帮助企业高效地获得领先用户,促进企业创新发展。The Open innovation community is an emerging platform for users to participate in enterprise innovation.With the rapid advancement of internet technology,an increasing number of users are using online communities to participate in the R&D and innovation process of enterprises.In order to effectively and accurately select Lead users from the massive community users,this paper tries to identify the characteristics of Lead users according to the Lead user theory and social network relationship theory,and applies traditional methods,weblog,evolutionary computation methods and FLUID to conduct a comparative analysis.The results indicate that compared with other methods,FLUID method exhibits the merits of lower cost and higher efficiency in automatic identification and classification.It is a more efficient method in the context of AI,which can help enterprises effectively obtain Lead users and promote enterprise innovation and development.
