摘　　要：目的研究角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液对青少年轻中度非病理性近视的控制效果及安全性。方法随机选取2018年至2019年在江苏省中医院溧阳分院眼科门诊,排除眼部器质性疾病,验光检查后的120例青少年轻中度近视(<-6.0ds),随机分为A、B两组,A组为角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液治疗组,B组为角膜塑形镜组。每组60例,年龄8-16岁,比较治疗前、后1年内视力、眼压、眼轴长度的变化及不良反应的情况。结果两组视力变化无统计学意义(P=0.314),两组眼压变化无统计学意义(P=0.954),两组眼轴长度变化有统计学意义(t=9.286,P<0.001),不良反应无差异。结论角膜塑形镜联合低浓度(0.01%)阿托品滴眼液对青少年轻中度近视的眼轴增长控制效果更佳。Objective To study the control effect and safety of keratoplasty combined with low concentration(0.01%)atropine eye drops on juvenile mild to moderate non pathological myopia.MethodsFrom 2018 to 2019,120 young people with mild to moderate myopia(<6.Ods)after optometry were randomly selected from the ophthalmic clinic of Liyang branch of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into group A and group B.group A was treated with corneal plastic mirror combined with low concentration((0.01%)atropine eye drops,and group B was treated with corneal plastic mirror.60 cases in each group,aged 8-16 years,were compared with the changes of vision,intraocular pressure,axial length and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results There were no significant changes in visual acuity(P=0.314),intraocular pressure(P=0.954),and axial length(t=9.286,P<0.001)in either group.Conclusion The combination of keratoplast and atropine eye drops with low concentration(0.01%)has a better control effect on the axial growth of juvenile myopia.
