摘　　要：目的:探讨反刍思维、应对方式在大学生抑郁与儿童期创伤间的中介作用。方法:选取2021年3月至6月772名新乡医学院在读本科生作为研究对象,根据抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)是否≥5分将研究对象分为心理亚健康组和健康组。采用儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ)、反刍思维问卷(RRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)对其进行调查。结果:心理亚健康组PHQ-9、RRS与CTQ得分显著高于心理健康组(P均<0.05),SCSQ得分显著低于心理健康组(P<0.05)。心理亚健康组PHQ-9与RRS、SCSQ和CTQ均呈显著相关(P均<0.05)。反刍思维、应对方式在大学生抑郁与儿童期创伤中起链式中介作用。结论:儿童期创伤不仅可以直接作用影响抑郁,也可以通过反刍思维和应对方式的中介作用来实现。Objective:To explore the rumianation and coping style and the chain mediating effect of childhood trauma and depression.Method:772 undergraduates were enrolled in this study in Xinxiang Medical University from March to June 2021,and were divided into psychological sub-health group and psychological healthy group according to Patients’Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ)score≥5.Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Ruminative Response Scale(RRS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and PHQ-9 were administered to them.Results:The scores of CTQ,RRS and PHQ-9 in the psychological sub-health group were higher than those in the psychological healthy group(all P<0.05),and the scores of SCSQ in mental psychological sub-health group were significantly lower than those in psychological healthy group(P<0.05).Depression were correlated with rumination,coping style and childhood trauma in the psychological sub-health group(all P<0.05).Rumination and coping style play a chain mediating role in depression and childhood trauma of undergraduates.Conclusion:Childhood trauma can not only affect depression directly,but also affect depression through rumination and coping style.
