摘　　要：目的:三酰甘油-葡萄糖(TyG)指数被认为是一种反映胰岛素抵抗的新型指标。本研究基于一项国内大型社区研究,探究中老年社区人群TyG指数与抑郁症状的相关性。方法:纳入960例符合筛选标准的研究对象,按照其TyG指数四分位数分为Q1、Q2、Q3和Q4四组。比较四组人口学、健康和功能相关资料、抑郁评分(CESD)的差异,并先后进行单因素和多因素回归分析筛选与基线期和随访期抑郁评分有关的因素,探究TyG指数与抑郁症状的关联性。结果:四组参与者的年龄、婚姻状况、C反应蛋白、基线期CESD和随访期CESD的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。控制人口学、健康和功能相关协变量后发现,Q4与基线期CESD的关联性最强(OR=1.701,95%CI:0.747~2.654,P<0.001),Q3与随访期CESD的关联性最强(OR=1.632,95%CI:0.527~2.736,P=0.004)。结论:高TyG指数与中老年社区人群严重抑郁症状有关,并且TyG指数可预测中老年人群的抑郁风险。Objective:The triglyceride-glucose index(TyG)is considered as a new indicator of insulin resistance.Based on a large community study,this study was to explore the association between TyG and depressive symptoms in middle-aged and elderly community population.Method:A total of 960 subjects who met the screening criteria were included and divided into four groups according to the quartile of TyG:Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4.The differences of demographic,health and functional data,and depression score(CESD)among the four groups were compared,and univariate and multivariate regression analysis were performed to screen the factors related to CESD at baseline and follow-up.Results:There were significant differences in age,marital status,C-reactive protein,and CESD at both baseline and follow-up among the four groups(P<0.05).Controlling for demographic,health,and functional covariates,Q4 had the strongest association with baseline CESD(OR=1.701,95%CI:0.747-2.654,P<0.001),and Q3 had the strongest association with follow-up CESD(OR=1.632,95%CI:0.527-2.736,P=0.004).Conclusion:Higher TyG is associated with more severe depressive symptoms in middle-aged and elderly community population,and TyG can predict the risk of depression in middle-aged and elderly population.
