光疗法在情感障碍中的临床应用和研究新进展

摘　　要：情感障碍是精神科常见的精神疾病,在中国人群中的终生患病率高达7.4%。情感障碍患者目前大多以药物治疗为主,但药物起效时间一般需1~2周。光疗法作为一种新的治疗干预措施,在情感障碍中可能具有较大的临床价值和应用前景,然而目前在精神科的使用较为局限。本文从光照与情感障碍症状的关系出发,分别阐述了光疗法在季节性抑郁症(SAD)、非季节性抑郁症、双相障碍抑郁发作、器质性疾病抑郁症状及青少年、孕产妇、老年人抑郁症中的应用疗效和研究新进展。Affective disorders is a common mental illness in psychiatry,and its lifetime prevalence in Chinese population is almost 7.4%.At present,most of patients with affective disorders are treated with drugs,but it usually takes 1-2 weeks for the medications to appeal effect.As a new treatment intervention,light therapy may have great clinical value and application prospect in affective disorders,but its usage in psychiatry is still limited.Therefore,starting from the relationship between light and emotional symptoms,this paper reviews the application efficacy and research progress of light therapy in seasonal depression(SAD),non-seasonal depression,bipolar depression,organic illnesses with depressive symptoms and depression in adolescents,pregnant women and the elderly.
