摘　　要：抑郁症病因复杂,遗传是重要因素之一,其中MTHFR-C677T基因多态性因涉及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和叶酸代谢而参与抑郁症等精神类疾病的发生。本文综述了MTHFR-C677T基因多态性与抑郁症发病、症状和疗效的关系,以及其对抑郁症脑影像的影响等,总结了目前MTHFR-C677T基因多态性与抑郁症关系的研究进展。希望以此为深入理解抑郁症病理机制提供新的视角,也为未来抑郁症研究提供新的思路。The etiology of major depressive disorder(MDD)is complex,and genetics is one of the important factors.Among them,the MTHFR-C677T gene polymorphism is involved in the occurrence of mental disorders such as MDD due to its involvement in homocysteine(Hcy)and folate metabolism.This article reviews the relationship between MTHFR-C677T gene polymorphism and the onset,symptoms,and efficacy of MDD,as well as its impact on brain imaging of MDD.It summarizes the current research progress on the relationship between MTHFR-C677T gene polymorphism and MDD.It may provide a new perspective for a deeper understanding of the pathological mechanisms of MDD,and also provide new ideas for future research on MDD.
