眩晕健脑一号方治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性轻度高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眩晕健脑一号方治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性轻度高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的80例阴虚阳亢型原发性轻度高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,治疗组予眩晕健脑一号方水丸制剂,每次5 g,每日2次,温开水送服;对照组予硝苯地平缓释片20 mg口服,每日1次。两组均治疗14天。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率82.5%,对照组总有效率52.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05);两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(均P﹤0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:眩晕健脑一号方治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性轻度高血压病患者疗效较好,可改善其临床症状,降低血压值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanyun Jiannao No.1 formula on primary mild hypertension with syndrome of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency.Methods:80 cases of eligible patients with primary mild hypertension with syndrome of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with water-paste pill of Xuanyun Jiannao No.1 formula(5 g each time,twice a day,taken with warm boiled water),while the control group was treated with Nifedepine sustained-release tablets(20 mg orally,once a day).Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.5%,and that of control group was 52.5%;compared between two groups,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were lower than those before treatment(P﹤0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes were lower than those before treatment(all P﹤0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Xuanyun Jiannao No.1 formula on primary mild hypertension with syndrome of yang hyperactivity due to yin deficiency is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the value of blood pressure.
