摘　　要：结合地方经济发展和煤炭行业对采矿工程技术人才需求现状,针对采矿工程专业卓越工程师人才培养中实践教学环节的组织与管理,深入分析了采矿卓越工程师实践教学管理模式改革的必要性,从实践教学安全管理、业务管理、应急管理及管理组织构建等方面提出了新思路和新措施,实践证明,采矿卓越工程师实践教学管理模式效果良好,满意度高,具有一定示范性和推广价值,对“卓越工程师人才”工科专业教学改革与创新具有借鉴意义。Combined with the local economic development and the current situation of the coal industry's demand for mining engineering and technical talents,aiming at the organization and management of practice teaching in the training of outstanding engineers of mining engineering specialty,the necessity of the reform of practice teaching management mode of mining excellence class is deeply analyzed.In practice teaching of safety management,business management,emergency management,and management organizations to build new ideas and new measures are put forward,the practice has proved that the mining outstanding class practice teaching management model has good effectiveness,satisfaction is high,has certain value demonstration and popularization,to"excellence engineer talent"engineering significance of reference to the professional teaching reform and innovation.
