赵建军教授从肝、脾论治癫痫的学术思想与经验探析

摘　　要：赵建军教授对于癫痫擅从肝、脾论治,认为癫痫发生的主要原因在于肝的生理功能失常,包括肝郁气滞、肝血亏虚、肝风内动、肝阳上亢等方面,主张以疏肝理气、柔肝养血、平肝潜阳、重镇安神为治疗原则;癫痫的发生发展,与脾密切相关,脾胃虚弱,则运化无力,水湿不化,日久蕴结为痰,痰蒙清窍,神机失常,发为本病,因而主张以健脾化痰为治疗原则。Professor Zhao Jianjun is skilled in treating epilepsy based on the syndromes of the liver and spleen.On one hand,he believes that the main cause of epilepsy lies in the physiological dysfunction of the liver,such as the syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation,the syndrome of liver blood deficiency,the syndrome of internal stirring of liver wind,and the syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang,etc.,advocating to apply the treatment principles of dispersing the liver and regulating qi,softening the liver and nourishing blood,suppressing the hyperactive liver and subsiding yang,and achieving a tranquillization with a heavy prescription.On the other hand,the occurrence and development of epilepsy are closely related to the spleen,in which the weak spleen and stomach lead to their weak transportation and transformation,causing the syndrome of internal stagnation of water-damp,which accumulates into phlegm over time,which in turn confuses the clear orifices,resulting in an abnormal spiritual mechanism and a development of this disease.Therefore,Professor Zhao Jianjun advocates invigorating the spleen and dissipating phlegm as the treatment principle of epilepsy.
